Dr. Siddhartha Mukherjee (FIIChE, FIE, FIPHE) has a B.Tech and a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from I.I.T. Kharagpur. He has worked in two reputed engineering companies in India i.e., Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions India Private Limited, New Delhi, and Development Consultants Limited, Kolkata.

He carries an experience of more than 33 years in the design, engineering, pre-commissioning and commissioning of refineries and petrochemicals plants and in general process engineering. He has been involved in several international assignments.

He is the author of the book “Process Engineering and Plant Design – The Complete Industrial Picture” by CRC Press

He has a number of publications in national and international journals. He is listed in the Marquis Who’s Who in Science and Engineering. He has also been an Air Liquide Group “International Expert”.

He is Honorary Secretary of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (Northern Regional Centre), New Delhi for the period 2024-26.
