• More than 3 years in Govt. of India (Department of Fertilisers & Chemicals)

• 10 years in Industrial Association (The Fertiliser Association of India)

Contribution in the field of  teaching, training and experience other managerial jobs:

1. Teaching Chemical Technology, Safety and Plant Operation in Govt Polytechnic, Gorakhpur as Adhoc Member

2. Conducting in house Operator and Technician Development programme in Fertiliser Corporation of India on regular basis

3. Teaching the aspect of Material Procurement for the student in the School of management, GGS Indraprashtha University on Adhoc basis

4. Organised various Programme from concept to completion in the Fertiliser Industry Orientation Programme. Organising various Maintenance Engineers Training programme for the maintenance Engineers of various fertiliser operating in India.

5. Determining the reasonable norms of consumption for each fertiliser product and write technical chapter for its pricing while working in Govt. of India on deputation.
